Backyard Paver Patio and Front Entry Steps Built for Real Life

This one had a little bit of everything. A backyard patio that needed to be usable and accessible, new entry steps out front, and a lawn that deserved some serious attention. Phase one is done, and we're pretty happy with how it came together.

The backyard was the main event. We laid a large paver patio with a clean border detail running the perimeter - the kind of finishing touch that separates a polished install from something that just looks thrown down. The patio connects directly to the existing deck stairs, making the whole back yard flow better and giving the homeowners real, flat usable space where there wasn't much before.

Out front, we built a set of paver steps that are wide, sturdy, and built to hold up with heavy use. The dogs approved. Having proper entry steps isn't just about looks - it's about daily function. Getting in and out of your house should feel solid and safe, not like you're navigating a work in progress.

The striped lawn out front wraps the whole thing together. Mowing patterns like that don't happen by accident - they take consistent technique and attention to how the passes line up across a sloped yard. It's one of those details that makes a property look genuinely cared for.
