We just wrapped up a landscape maintenance job on a beautiful log cabin property - and honestly, it's a good example of how a few straightforward things done well can make a big difference. Fresh mulch, clean plastic edging, and properly defined bed lines. That's the core of it.

The beds around the tree islands in the front circle and along the foundation got a full refresh. Dark mulch was laid in and the edging was set to give everything a sharp, finished look. It separates the lawn from the beds cleanly and keeps things from getting messy as the season rolls on. Low effort to maintain, high impact on how the property reads from the driveway.

The foundation bed along the front of the cabin is a good example of what clean edging does for a property. The line between the grass and the mulch bed is crisp. It ties into the stone base of the cabin nicely and keeps the whole front face of the house looking intentional rather than overgrown or ignored. That kind of detail matters more than most people realize.

We also have some big news on the equipment side - we added a brand new Bobcat MT120 mini track loader to our fleet. It's a compact machine, but don't let the size fool you. It gets into tight spots that a full-size skid steer can't touch, which opens up a lot of possibilities on landscape renovation and excavation jobs where space is limited. More capability means better results for our customers, plain and simple.

Cleanup season is winding down and summer project schedules fill up fast. If you've got something in mind - new beds, grading work, a full landscape renovation - now is the time to get it on the calendar.
